If you find a damaged, defective or incorrect product,
please return it to Alif.com.bd. We will arrange for three replacements. Or
money will be refunded. However, some conditions apply.
Such as:

Check the order in front of the delivery person.
·
Inform our "Customer Service" as soon as
possible if any errors are found with pictures.
·
Used or modified products will not be considered for
exchange or return.
·
Of course, three full products must be returned to the
delivery person. Otherwise the shipping cost will have to be borne by the
customer.
